Marlene HugginsLove this item – It is a great toy for my autistic grandson, but it did not last long – it broke open and couldn’t be fixed. Contacted this company and they replaced it, but the same thing happened again. They need a stronger plastic. I wish they would remake it sturdier! It is a good product for kids with sensory issues!

Jill FinkelsteinW have bought this in the past but it seems to spring a leak quite easily. The replacement policy is good however. My grandson does love this and it definitely calms him down! I recommend it!

PaulaBought this for my grandson for his 5th birthday, sadly after inflating the rocker we discovered a leak that was obviously from a defect. I contacted Autism Products and they immediately sent out another one without hesitation and 0 hassle!!!!! What AWESOME service. My grandson absolutely loves this rocker! I will be purchasing another one in January for my other grandsons birthday!
